Day 29/30. I’m going to keep it simple today. I am hoping to give a good summary post for the final day of the blogrimage tomorrow.
Feeling great. Reading a bit about seasonal eating today. This subject confuses me a little. I can find strawberries in February, but I know they aren’t in season till the summer. Because they are always available, with so many foods I honestly have no idea when they are truly “in season.” It would be helpful if people would just not sell things when they aren’t in season, ya know?
breakfast: corn chex, almond milk
snack: bartlett pear
lunch plans: avocado. corn chips and salsa. romaine, tomato, cucumber, carrot, nuts.
dinner plans: tilapia with a balsamic reduction. asparagus. brown rice.
